\nThere are several easy ways to reach Juurikkasaari. By car, it takes only 20 minutes from the center of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4. By bus (lines 16, 16M, and 21), the journey takes about half an hour. There are also excellent cycling routes from Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 to S\u00e4yn\u00e4tsalo. You can also arrive by boat, and there is a guest dock for mooring. \nThe saunas at Juurikkasaari are mixed-gender, so please wear a swimsuit. You may bring your own towel or rent one for 5 \u20ac. Shower facilities include soap and seat covers for the sauna.<\/p>\n

\nYes, Juurikkasaari is open all year. During the summer season, there\u2019s a weekday lunch from 11:00\u201314:30, concerts, an award-winning beach terrace and grill, events, activity options, and the possibility to organize parties and gatherings. Outside the summer season, weekday lunch service continues, and it is still possible to host private events.<\/p>\n
