Melankolian Lapset emerges from the depths of Jyväskylä, creating their own stories of life. Human lyrics are wrapped in catchy melodies and occasionally heavy playing.
Melankolian Lapset: singer-lyricist Anniina, guitarist Henkka, atomic clock-accurate drummer Timo and bassist Jukka.

Getting to the concert

 

By car – Juurikkasaari can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from the centre of Jyväskylä. There are a limited number of parking spaces at Juurikkasaari, approximately 150.

 

By bus – Buses no. 16 and 21 run from the centre of Jyväskylä to Säynätsalo and back. We recommend this method of transport to avoid traffic jams.

By boat – Our guest boat pier accepts visitors arriving via Päijänne. Please always use a stern buoy (no side moorings) so that as many boaters as possible can moor at the pier.

 

By taxi – Jytaksi transports between Jyväskylä city center-Juurikkasaari-Jyväskylä city center for a fixed contract price. We will announce prices per direction during this spring. When booking, please mention that it is a Juurikkasaari contract-priced order.
