Come enjoy great weather, food and music on Wednesday evening on the shores of Lake Päijänne at Juurikkasaari! Music will be provided by local music professionals Tanja Salonen & Aimo Nuutinen!

 

The lively and versatile duo offers musical performances with a relaxed approach and professionalism. Both members are experienced professional musicians and music/singing teachers from Jyväskylä. The duo’s repertoire ranges from pop/rock and hit classics to country and jazz.

 

Show starts at 7pm.

Getting to the concert

 

By car – Juurikkasaari can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from the centre of Jyväskylä. There are a limited number of parking spaces at Juurikkasaari, approximately 150.

 

By bus – Buses no. 16 and 21 run from the centre of Jyväskylä to Säynätsalo and back. We recommend this method of transport to avoid traffic jams.

By boat – Our guest boat pier accepts visitors arriving via Päijänne. Please always use a stern buoy (no side moorings) so that as many boaters as possible can moor at the pier.

 

By taxi – Jytaksi transports between Jyväskylä city center-Juurikkasaari-Jyväskylä city center for a fixed contract price. We will announce prices per direction during this spring. When booking, please mention that it is a Juurikkasaari contract-priced order.
